Sunset Kayak

It's Finally Here! Video number 2 from Life From The Shore! Hope you guys like it. It's just some GoPro footage I took on one of my kayak trips. Again, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what I'm doing. Either way I'll try to upload another video sooner than later.

Bucket List: Work With Disney

Bucket List #62: Working with Disney.

This is a prime example why. I'll probably be retired, dying from cancer and write them a letter saying, I'm about to die asking to fulfill a lifetime dream and they will stick me to work the hotdog stand. But to be perfectly honest that would be a dream come true. There is some thing to be said about that Disney Magic. Its difficult to make everything seem so incredibly magnificent. That anything can happen. Even the most impossible things.

Anyone who has ever visited a Disney theme park knows the amount of care and thought that goes into everything they do. It feels like no decision is taken lightly and everything is meant to create a 'magical experience'.

Long story short, I want to work at Disney or with Disney. Sooner or later, it's going to happen.

Learning French

I may be moving soon. Unfortunately the country I may be moving to speaks foreign languages. Therefore, I'm pretending to learn French. I've got to say learning French has been much easier than the 'Learning Mandarin' escapade, but its still learning a whole other language.

Luckily, I studied a little French in secondary school. Unfortunately the only lasting memory was during End of Year Orals. I answered one of my teacher's questions with a confident 'Je ne sais pas' (I don't know) to which she chuckled and later told me at least it was in French. I considered that a win.

French is a lovely language, but I'm doubtful if I'll ever get the accent. Most of the words just seem to flow into each other, so I'm never really sure when one begins and another ends. Some conjugations of words are spelt very differently but sound exactly the same. Then there are some words I'm certain I'm pronouncing correctly but my computer gives me a sad error noise every time I say them. According to Rosetta Stone I will never be able to ask where my newspaper is, because I will never be able to pronounce 'le journal'. Worse case scenario I learn how to say Hello and everyone around me will assume I'm polite but retarded.

10 Places To Travel in 2016 (Buzzfeed)

It is the beginning of the year but its never too early to start making your travel plans. I'm hoping to be in Europe this year so if I can pop over to Normandy and Bavaria, that would be great. I've never explored Europe so Germany and France would be cool places to go. Plus that castle in Normandy looks like a Disney Castle.

I'd love to go to Greenland too. Seeing the Northern Lights is on my Bucket List and I wouldn't mind seeing them at their best.

This is going to be a great year for travel. Where are you thinking of going? Anywhere on this list that you would like to visit?
